Joseph F. Morgano was there from the first call and he always answered. We never had to worry Mr. Morgano, had been with my son and me all the way to the court date. He was professional, very calm and when the time for my sons court hearing Mr. Morgano got my son out of what could have cost him his license to a no point ticket and a minimal fine.
